1. Services

Felton's Heating Cooling and Refrigeration provides heating, cooling, and refrigeration service, repair, and installation; commercial cooking equipment service and repair; ice machine service, repair, and professional cleaning; and general facility maintenance for residential and commercial customers in Dayton, Ohio and surrounding areas within a 20 mile radius.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, technician access, parts availability, weather, and on-site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue any service for safety, legal, ethical, or operational reasons, including conditions that pose a risk to our technicians, customers, property, or third parties.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Verbal estimates and informal quotes are non-binding. Only written estimates signed or otherwise confirmed in writing by Felton's Heating Cooling and Refrigeration are binding, and only for the specific scope described in that written estimate.

Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work, materials required, equipment selected, site conditions, code or permit requirements, and any unforeseen issues discovered during the work. If material changes are required, we will communicate them before continuing.

3. Payments

This website does not collect payments. All payments are handled outside of the website, directly with Felton's Heating Cooling and Refrigeration.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full upon completion of the service. Failure to make timely payment may result in lawful collection actions, including but not limited to collection agency referral, mechanics liens where permitted by Ohio law, and recovery of reasonable costs of collection to the extent allowed by law.

4. Appointments and Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe, reasonable, and unobstructed access to the work area at the scheduled time of service. This includes ensuring that the property is accessible to our technicians and that any conditions affecting the work are disclosed in advance.

Pets must be secured. Hazards including but not limited to standing water, exposed wiring, structural defects, biohazards, and pest infestations must be disclosed and, where possible, secured before the technician arrives. Felton's Heating Cooling and Refrigeration is not responsible for delays, additional fees, or service refusals resulting from unsafe conditions or denied access.

Cancellation and rescheduling policies, if any, will be communicated at the time of booking or in writing.

5. SMS Messaging Terms
